The Cancer Wellness Center is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding the constituent information that we collect, use, maintain, and disclose. This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for The Cancer Wellness Center. This notice applies to all donor information received by the Center, both online and offline, on any Center Web site or mobile application, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
Collection, Use, and Sharing of Personal Information
The Cancer Wellness Center is the sole owner of any personal information collected by the Center both online and offline. We only have access to/collect personal information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent donor personal information to anyone.
We will use your personal information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share donor or website user information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about the Center’s products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Access, Corrections, and Restrictions of Personal Information
You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website (www.cancerwellness.org):

- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
Security – Protecting your Personal Information
The Cancer Wellness Center takes precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive personal information transmitted online, we also protect your personal information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

The Center’s website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
