Virtual: Nine Attitudes of Mindfulness – 10 Week Series
Tuesday, June 24 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am CDT
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday, August 12, 2025
In this 10-week series, we will engage in evidence-based mindfulness practices to learn how to incorporate the nine attitudes of mindfulness into our daily lives through formal and informal practice. This class is for those who have basic experience with meditation and mindfulness and those who wish to renew or deepen their practice in community.
Each 60- minute class will include a mindfulness practice through a period of guided meditation, group discussion, and opportunities to ask questions. Students will receive supporting materials to develop a mindfulness practice including audio guidance for practice at home. Follow-up emails with resources to support practice will also be sent every week. Through this series we will explore ways to embody the nine attitudes of mindfulness while bringing presence and clarity to our moment-by-moment experience in our daily lives.
