Virtual: Mindful Eating

FreeWhile the summer season can be relaxing, it can also become hectic and stressful with BBQs, graduations, summer events, and travel. When feeling overwhelmed, we often make food choices that are not in our best interest. In this workshop, we will learn how to slow down and eat mindfully, which can help lower our stress levels. By developing a mindful eating practice, you will be able to make more thoughtful food choices and feel more in control. This workshop will include a mix of learning, guided mindful eating experiences, and discussion.
