Are you an experienced yoga practitioner who wishes to deepen your understanding of all the aspects of yoga through the lens of a personal practice? Vinyasa yoga is a systematic application of yoga that involves the integration of yoga asana (the poses), the transition of yoga asana, breathing, chanting, relaxation, and meditation. In this group class, each of the yoga tools will be explored and we will discuss the value of an ongoing, personalized, yoga practice.
Note: This class is not recommended for beginners.
