
Spring into Fitness – 3 Week Series

FreeJoin Karyn Holtz, PT, MHS, CLT, a certified therapist with ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, for a three-part exercise series designed to help you achieve your fitness goals this spring. This program focuses on supporting overall health, strength, and well-being through tailored exercises that support recovery and promote vitality.
- April 1: The Importance of Core Strength
- April 8: Achieving Balance and Stability
- April 22: Improving Flexibility
A yoga mat and/or chair are recommended for virtual participants.
Attendance at all sessions is highly recommended but not required.
