Introduction to Feldenkrais – Awareness Through Movement

FreeIn Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes, students will explore small, comfortable movements that can translate to improvements in mobility and well-being.
Our focus will be on what can be learned by bringing attention to our movements rather than effort and achievement.
Participants must be comfortable sitting in a chair or lying on the floor for the duration of the program. Common benefits include increased relaxation, improved posture and flexibility, and pain relief.
