Connecting to Ourselves and Our World: A Somatic Mind/Body Exploration – 8 Week Series
Thursday, June 19 @ 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm CDT
An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until Thursday, June 26, 2025
Cancer journeys often bring profound shifts in our connections, whether with ourselves, loved ones, or the world around us. These connections may change, fade, or even unexpectedly deepen.
What does it truly mean to connect, and how can we intentionally enhance our relationships with ourselves, those we care about, and the broader world?
This program will explore connection from a somatic mind/body perspective, offering tools to foster deeper awareness and meaningful relationships. Through experimentation and play, we’ll discover how to use both body and mind in open, caring, and relaxed ways, exploring joy, love, and the challenges that come with deeply connecting with others.
