Community Labyrinth Walk

The labyrinth is an ancient symbol for healing and a path to renewing the body-mind-spirit connection. Walking a labyrinth involves the creative and intuitive mind (right brain) and can be calming and balancing.

Join us as we walk the labyrinth together. We will meet inside the Center for a brief discussion and some optional journaling prior to walking.

You are welcome to visit the Cancer Wellness Center’s outdoor labyrinth for your own walking meditation at any time, but you might also enjoy the energy and community of walking with others.

Allow approximately 20 minutes to walk the labyrinth and a bit more time to allow for others who might be starting before you.
