Art of Self-Compassion

FreeWhat helps you cultivate kindness and self-compassion in your life? In this class, we will experience what the energy of self-compassion feels like in our bodies, hearts, and minds and explore what it looks like on paper through intuitive drawing and watercolor painting.
As we intentionally nourish self-compassion and kindness in our lives, these qualities become more accessible! Art will be created in a critique-free space valuing self-expression and relaxed exploration. Patti Vick, MFA, and mindfulness teacher, will support you in connecting with your intuition as a way to guide your creativity.
No prior art-making experience is necessary.
