Virtual – Mindfulness and Meditation Practice

FreeJoin Mindfulness Specialist Serena Jain for a Mindfulness & Meditation practice that offers a supportive community for cultivating presence in daily life. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore and deepen your awareness.
Mindfulness is the practice of observing your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment, without judgment. Research supports mindfulness as an effective way to reduce stress, improve focus, enhance emotional regulation, strengthen the immune system, and promote overall well-being.
Each class will include a short reading, quote, or talk on mindfulness, followed by a guided meditation. There will also be time for discussion, check-ins, and the opportunity to ask questions.
Note: Basic meditation/ mindfulness experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Your video must remain ON at all times except during meditation practices.
- Choose a quiet and stationary place without distractions.
