Virtual: Introduction to QiGong

FreeQiGong (“Chee-Kung”) is the modern term for the ancient art and science of health maintenance and healing. A practice of working with Qi, the vital energy that animates all living things. The focus in QiGong is on learning how to access and use our energy systems more effectively to manage daily challenges and functions.
Our practice will include slow-intentional movements, seated meditation, self-applied massage, and deep rhythmic breathing to enhance relaxation and increase our capacity to regulate, restore, and heal our heart, mind, and body. In addition, enjoy the connection to nature, regulation of the nervous system, and cultivation of higher states of awareness.
Can done standing or seated.
Please wear comfortable clothes and have a chair or pillow to sit on.
