Understanding Medical Cannabis

Join us to learn about the benefits of medical cannabis and the use of medical cannabis in cancer care. In this program, we will discuss:

• Practical strategies aimed at helping cancer patients manage nausea, stimulate appetite, alleviate pain, address anxiety and depression, and improve sleep quality
• Important drug interactions to consider
• Key considerations such as when cannabis may not be suitable
• Process of obtaining a medical card

Our presenters will also lead discussions on different cannabinoids, various consumption methods and products, and effective dosing strategies for each symptom management area. Our goal is to foster an open and interactive environment where participants can contribute their insights and ask questions.

A small sample bag will be provided to each registered attendee over the age of 18.
