Acupuncture is the insertion of single use sterile needles at specific acupoints on the body to promote healing, reduce pain and alleviate stress. Please wear loose fitted comfortable clothing that can easily roll up to your elbows and knees. This is a great opportunity to see what acupuncture is all about and ask any questions to discover if this is the right healing modality for you. Mini treatments will be offered.
