Wellness Activities

Wellness Activities
For Your Mind, Body and Spirit

Living with cancer can create many stresses, which can in turn compromise immune functioning. Wellness of mind, body, and spirit programs can help you learn to manage these stress levels. Despite new research showing that women and men respond differently to stress, the programs we offer at the Center cross over gender boundaries. These programs can evoke beneficial physiological effects and help reduce stress.

Please contact the Center at 847-509-9595 to schedule an individual wellness appointment.

Unless otherwise noted, classes/services are held at our Northbrook location.
