• Weekly Co-Ed Cancer Support Group

  Available for those diagnosed with cancer

  Facilitator: Katie Salyer, M.A.

  Support groups provide a safe environment for discussing and exploring the concerns and emotions of living with a cancer diagnosis. Group members have the opportunity to discuss issues related to treatment, living with cancer, coping strategies, life after cancer…anything related to their cancer journey. The focus of the group is on the life-altering impact of a cancer diagnosis. The group is open to cancer survivors of all diagnoses at any point in time - newly diagnosed, in treatment, post treatment or living with a recurrence. • Gentle Yoga

  Every Tuesday, 4:00-5:15 p.m. & 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.

  Instructor: Alla Smith, R.Y.T.

  These classes are perfect for beginners, those with limited movement or for those that would like to relax.  Wear comfortable clothing.

  Tuesdays by appointment

  Participants may contact the Center to schedule a 30-minute, fully-clothed individual appointment. Sessions are available between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

• Reiki

  Participants may contact the Center to schedule a 30-minute, fully-clothed individual appointment. Sessions are available between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

• Individual, Couples and Family Counseling

  Available by appointment for those diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones
